Citizens from the countries listed below who are travelling to Colombia for tourism or as a temporary visitor DO NOT require a Visa to enter the country. The aforementioned citizens must apply for an entry permit upon arrival. Please do not forget to bring a valid passport and a return or onward ticket. Please refer to TEMPORARY VISITORS VISA for definition of Temporary visitor which includes attending work related meetings in Colombia, attending conferences or providing urgent technical assistance to Colombian companies.
Nationals from the countries that DO NOT APPEAR on this list must apply IN PERSON for a visa to enter Colombia. Please allow 5 working days to issue the Visa.

MODEL OF RETURN CLAUSE (Name of company) assures the Government of Colombia that the company will defray all the expenses necessary for Mr (name of employee) and his family (if applicable) to return to his country of origin, or to his previous place of residence at the end of the contract, or in the event the visa is cancelled, or the employee is deported or expulsed, as required by the Decree 2371/1996.
TRANSLATION INTO SPANISH (Name of Company) se compromete ante el Gobierno de Colombia a sufragar todos los gastos de regreso al país de origen o al último lugar de residencia del señor (employee & family names), al término del contrato o cuando proceda la cancelación de la visa, deportación o expulsión, según lo dispuesto en el Decreto 2371 de 1996. If the validity of the visa exceeds 3 months, the applicant must present himself at the Department of National Security (DAS) no later than 15 days after arrival, to register the visa; and to obtain a Cédula de Extranjería (Foreigners ID).
All nationals must apply IN PERSON for the visa and leave 5 working days for this Visa to be approved.

Code: TS Visa Fee: £ 110 Payments for consular services have to be paid in cash at the Colombian Consulate (the exact fee). Visas for Spanish, Japanese and South Korean Citizens are exempted of payment. This visa requires a minimum waiting period of 5 days
Term: Up to 2 years - Multiple entries. Applicants: This Visa will be granted to member of an NGO or Charity, that wishes to work, to visit or to develop a project related to their Charity or NGO in Colombia. This Visa requires an authorization from Colombia. Documents Required:

Qualified: If you have had a temporary visa continuously for five (5) years, or three (3) if you have had a spouse visa, and during this time you have never been outside Colombian territory for more than six (6) months you could apply for a resident visa.
This visa can also be issued to parents of a Colombian national. Investor's visa: Suited for those foreigners who wish to invest in Colombia through the Banco de la Republica at least 100.000 American Dollars. Should you have any queries about this Visa please contact us.
The applicant must complete two (2) application forms and sign both copies. Unsigned application forms will not be accepted. Stick the photographs in the space provided, on the right hand corner of the application. Please do not use staples to affix the photographs to the forms. Enclose original documents only and one photocopy for each document. When the documents are issued in English, please enclose a translation into Spanish. When presenting applications for a family or group, please present each application form with its relevant supporting documents attached. The validity stated on the visa is measured from the date of issue of the visa. If the validity of the visa is longer than 3 months, the applicant must register with the DAS within 15 days of his arrival to Colombian territory. If you have sent your visa by post, you are responsible for collecting your visa. If you do not live in London you have one option for collecting your visa: 1. You can send a Courier to collect it. You must advise us prior to the collection of the documents, give us the name of the company and specify the time of collection.
